The flat-free wheelbarrow tire comes pre-assembled with a 1.75” centered hub and 5/8” bearings. Additionally, an adapter kit is included, featuring two 3/4” bearings, two 0.5” wide nylon spacers, and two 1.57” wide nylon spacers. Customers are advised to choose suitable bearings and spacers when replacing the tires for a proper fit.

Installation instructions are provided as follows: 1. Remove the old tire by dismantling one or both axle brackets. 2. Measure the hub length of the old wheel and calculate the required spacers. 3. Check the diameter of the existing axle and switch to the 3/4" bearings if necessary. 4. Replace the 5/8" bearings with the 3/4" bearings using appropriate tools. 5. Insert the new bearing with a block of wood and a hammer. 6. Install the new tire onto the wheelbarrow, add spacers if needed, and secure it in place.

In addition to the 4.00-6” Flat-Free Tire, Cubesprings also offers premium ribbed tread tires made of solid polyurethane foam for maximum traction in various terrains.
